Trafitac believes that "our deeds are the fruits of our knowledge" therefore staff training is paramount in our business. With a Training Matrix defined to heighten the skills of the various levels our staff we are committed to continual improvement in our core business of Car Park Management. Trainings undertaken by our staff are as follows but not limited to:

• Basic First-aid Training
• Surveillance & Supervision

As part of our Plan-Do-Check-Act management system, we are committed to ensuring that monitoring of wardens/attendants at their detailed posts is done around the clock. To facilitate quick response to issues raised by our clients and to ensure prompt communication of our clientele observations for action, Trafitac details an operations officer and an on-site supervisor who serve as our management representatives within the premises of our client.

Pre-Employment Criminal Clearance

As part of our recruitment process all our staff undergo Police screening to be certified as having no criminal records prior to engaging them. Also, all our staff are trained by the Police Security Intelligence Unit and as such have to go through criminal clearance prior to being admitted to undergo training at the unit. Insurance Coverage

As part of our corporate procedures, Trafitac is insured locally with the Metropolitan Insurance Company Limited. Our operations are insured with Accident liability policy which covers incident of accident that may affect our staff in the course of discharging their duties.

Routine Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment

To ensure that there is adequate traffic-efficient coverage of our clientele premises we embark on a semi-annual assessment of traffic management on the premises of our clients. By this, we review our traffic management strategy where necessary and make recommendations to clients to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, thus the vision of our client is achieved. Assessment reports are presented to the client.

Incident Investigation and Reporting

At Trafitac, we have an effective reporting tool in our quest to ensure continual improvement in our business. We believe that regular reporting of day to day activities at the park will help to realise any deficiency on the site, for earlier correction to meet challenges of the time. Recommendations are made and implemented in a timely manner to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
